About the role

What you’ll do
• Welcome and acknowledge guests promptly. • Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately. • Serve food and beverages according to standards. • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining area. • Handle guest complaints courteously and refer when necessary.
What you’ll bring
• Secondary school certificate or equivalent. • Previous waiter or customer-service experience preferred. • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service. • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends. • Good communication and customer service skills.
