About the role
Partner with Positive Care & Development Foundation to implement a Clubfoot Intervention Programme. Identify and refer clubfoot cases to treatment clinics and support patient follow-up and treatment adherence.
What you’ll do
• Identify at least 10 clubfoot cases monthly. • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. • Participate in weekly performance review meetings. • Conduct home visits and provide counseling. • Track treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction.
What you’ll bring
• Access to an Android smartphone. • Provide dedicated community caseworker or ad-hoc staff. • Communicate effectively in local language. • Capacity for community mobilization and outreach. • Commitment to safeguarding principles.
