UP Exchange Operations Officer

About the role
Provide advanced technical and operational support for UP Exchange payment platforms. Lead technical investigations and support integrations to ensure reliable payment solutions.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical integration and onboarding of clients. • Configure, test, and troubleshoot APIs and payment integrations. • Use SQL/PostgreSQL to analyse transaction data. • Coordinate resolution of complex technical incidents. • Conduct testing and support production deployments.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field. • Minimum 5 years experience in payment technology support. • Hands-on experience with APIs, databases, Linux applications. • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API testing tools. • Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
