About the role
Manage syndicated and bilateral loans to mitigate transaction risk and reduce operational losses. Support deal structuring and ensure compliance with funding schemes and financial covenants.
What you’ll do
• Manage syndicated and bilateral loans post disbursement. • Support business in deal structuring and execution. • Monitor fulfilment of Conditions Precedents to drawdown. • Manage loans to minimize losses and ensure obligations met. • Administer special funding schemes and report to fund providers.
What you’ll bring
• BSc in Finance, Accounting or related field. • 3-4 years financial services or banking experience. • Knowledge of loans administration and credit risk management. • Relevant certifications like CFA, CIMA, ICAN ACA advantageous. • Strong financial accounting and risk awareness skills.
