About the role
Manage syndicated and bilateral loans to mitigate transaction risk and support deal structuring. Ensure compliance with funding schemes and timely reporting to fund providers.
What you’ll do
• Manage syndicated and bilateral loans post disbursement. • Support business in structuring and executing transactions. • Monitor fulfilment of Conditions Precedents to drawdown. • Manage loans to minimize losses and ensure data integrity. • Administer special funding schemes and report covenant breaches.
What you’ll bring
• BSc Finance, Accounting or related field. • 3-4 years experience in financial services or banking. • Knowledge of loans administration and credit risk management. • Relevant certifications like CFA, CIMA, ICAN ACA advantageous. • Strong financial accounting and legal administration skills.
