Training Coordinator

About the role
Support the day-to-day running of the Academy by managing training activities and coordinating facilitators and trainees. Work closely with the Brand & Communications team to drive course visibility and engagement.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate academy operations and ensure smooth training delivery. • Manage academy website and track trainee applications. • Source and coordinate facilitators scheduling and follow-ups. • Serve as primary contact for trainees from application to completion. • Collaborate with Brand & Communications to support course promotions.
What you’ll bring
• 2–5 years experience in training coordination or related role. • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in LMS, e-learning platforms, and digital learning tools. • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities. • Knowledge of oil & gas or professional services sector is a plus.
