About the role
Monitor loan repayments, track overdue accounts, and execute recovery strategies to minimize defaults and meet targets.
What you’ll do
• Track repayment schedules to identify overdue accounts. • Contact borrowers via calls, SMS, emails, and field visits. • Negotiate repayment plans and follow up on commitments. • Maintain accurate recovery records and updated database. • Prepare reports on recovery and delinquency trends.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc. or HND in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields. • 1–3 years in debt recovery or loan monitoring. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and loan management systems. • Strong negotiation and analytical reporting skills. • Willingness to conduct field visits across Lagos.
