About the role
Issue domestic and international flight tickets and handle related customer service tasks. Manage bookings, refunds, and provide travel advice to clients.
What you’ll do
• Issue flight tickets using GDS. • Handle bookings, re-issues, refunds, cancellations. • Advise clients on fares and travel requirements. • Provide excellent customer service. • Maintain accurate sales and transaction records.
What you’ll bring
• 2 years experience as Ticketing Officer. • Proficient in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo GDS. • Knowledge of airline ticketing and IATA procedures. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Reside in Abuja, preferably Mabushi or nearby.
