About the role
Manage temple facilities ensuring cleanliness, beauty, and sacred standards. Lead staff and oversee maintenance and capital projects for temple and related buildings.
What you’ll do
• Manage work of 10-20 employees including supervisors. • Hire, fire, and recommend employee status changes. • Maintain temple and ancillary buildings standards. • Oversee project management and capital expenditure projects. • Communicate with stakeholders and provide project status reports.
What you’ll bring
• Four-year degree in facilities or related field. • Six years facilities management experience or equivalent. • Broad knowledge of facilities systems and processes. • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds. • Professional English communication and appearance.
