About the role
Lead day-to-day delivery of Retail Life Claims ensuring accurate, fair, and timely assessment and processing. Provide leadership, technical oversight, and drive operational excellence within the Retail Claims team.

What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • 3-5 years life insurance claims experience. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills. • Knowledge of life insurance products and regulations. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
