About the role
Lead sourcing, briefing, and managing relationships with creative talent for animation projects. Build and manage a creative talent pool including voice actors, animators, writers, and illustrators.
What you’ll do
• Source and manage creative talent pool. • Brief and coordinate with creatives. • Manage relationships with voice actors, animators, writers, illustrators. • Oversee external creatives and briefs. • Handle statements of work (SOWs).
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in talent management or production coordination. • Experience managing external creatives and briefs. • Strong network in Nigerian/African creative space. • BA/BSc/HND qualification. • Experience in casting or creator partnerships.
