About the role
Provide entry-level engineering support and technical coordination for defense-related projects under close supervision. Support technical planning, documentation, and schedule tracking for aerospace and defense projects.
What you’ll do
• Support technical planning and execution of work packages. • Participate in IPT meetings and capture action items. • Maintain integrated master schedules and milestone tracking. • Support subcontract technical execution and deliverables tracking. • Draft and maintain engineering documentation for review.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or equivalent experience. • Basic understanding of engineering project lifecycle. • Familiarity with EVM and IMP/IMS concepts. • Exposure to aerospace or defense industry preferred. • Clear communication and risk escalation skills.
