About the role
Lead strategy execution and operational excellence initiatives to improve performance and efficiency. Drive process improvements and develop performance management frameworks.
What you’ll do
• Translate business strategy into measurable plans and KPIs. • Drive operational excellence and eliminate process waste. • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis initiatives. • Develop performance dashboards and data-driven decision-making. • Coach managers on operational excellence and performance management.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. • 10+ years experience including 3+ years senior management. • Experience in EPC, construction, or asset-intensive operations. • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis. • Proficiency in BI/dashboard and ERP tools.
