About the role
Lead a project focused on women’s health, GBV response, MHPSS, and disability inclusion. Drive community-level change through effective program management.
What you’ll do
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of project activities. • Oversee trainings on GBV, MHPSS, Psychological First Aid, governance, and leadership. • Strengthen referral pathways across health, protection, and social services. • Manage budgets, work plans, and donor reporting. • Build and maintain partnerships with government, CSOs, and community stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field. • 5–7 years relevant program management experience. • Experience in women’s health, GBV, MHPSS, or disability inclusion. • Strong financial and budget management skills. • Experience working with OPDs is an advantage.
