About the role
Work on machine learning and AI challenges to transform content discovery on Pinterest. Drive research, architecture, and deployment of generative recommendation and reinforcement learning solutions.
What you’ll do
• Contribute to AI/ML research for Ads, Discovery, Growth, Search. • Build and deliver novel ML solutions from 0 to 1 at scale. • Own long-term research strategy and external collaborations. • Act as technical leader in applied AI. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
What you’ll bring
• MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience. • 6+ years relevant industry experience. • Experience with large-scale recommendation systems and reinforcement learning. • Technical leadership in ambiguous research to production. • Publications at top ML conferences.
