Partner with North America Sales Engineering to recruit top talent and scale high-performing teams. Manage full-cycle recruiting and create diverse candidate pipelines.
What you’ll do
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and candidate experience. • Partner with hiring leaders and facilitate interview debriefs. • Use data to address recruiting challenges and insights. • Develop sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines. • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles and inclusive hiring.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years recruiting experience in fast-paced environment. • Proven strategic sourcing skills and team player. • Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS. • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. • Previous tech experience preferred.
