About the role
Lead the vision and execution of ads quality delivery to match the right ad to the right Pinner at the right time. Collaborate cross-functionally to build impactful ads features that optimize advertiser and Pinner value.
What you’ll do
• Own vision and roadmap for ads quality delivery capabilities. • Translate problem statements into clear business and technical requirements. • Partner with engineering, ML, data science, design, and research teams. • Coordinate with PM peers and cross-functional teams on dependencies and launches. • Define success metrics and track post-launch quality signals.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in Product Management or related roles. • Experience with back-end products in ambiguous spaces. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. • Deep understanding of online marketplace business metrics. • Experience with Ads Marketplace and/or Ads Formats.
