About the role
Lead a team of Revenue Architects to drive revenue transformation using Gong’s AI Operating System. Partner with senior leaders to architect workflows and accelerate adoption for enterprise customers.
What you’ll do
• Recruit and lead a high-performing Revenue Architects team. • Design and execute revenue transformation strategies. • Oversee workflow architecture for AI-driven revenue outcomes. • Drive adoption and change management initiatives. • Manage renewal strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years people management in B2B SaaS customer-facing roles. • 6–10+ years experience in customer success or account management. • Experience with Financial Services or Healthcare customers. • Proven ability to coach senior stakeholder relationships. • Strong communication, negotiation, and data-driven mindset.
