About the role
Build AI coding tasks from a codebase you know well to measure and train AI coding models. Complete tasks remotely with flexible hours and get paid per task that passes review.
What you’ll do
• Turn real code changes into AI coding tasks. • Set up repository and write task brief and solution. • Create grading checks and stress-test tasks. • Run tasks against AI models for difficulty. • Revise tasks after review.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years professional software engineering. • Code merged into public or owned private repo. • Strong in Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, Java or C++. • Experience with Docker, Linux, Git, automated testing. • Regular use of AI coding tools. • Write tests and evaluation criteria.
