About the role
Lead and support end-to-end talent acquisition for technical, operational and corporate roles. Ensure recruitment aligns with workforce plans and business needs.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate manpower requisitions from sourcing to onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and timelines. • Develop sourcing strategies for specialist and leadership roles. • Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate due diligence. • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide management reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline. • 10-15 years recruitment experience in oil and gas. • Experience recruiting technical and senior leadership roles. • Professional HR certification preferred. • Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance and processes.
