About the role
Lead cross-Risk and cross-Stripe initiatives to manage risk and drive product strategy. Shape infrastructure and product direction while coaching other PMs.
What you’ll do
• Identify high-leverage problems and establish measurable outcomes. • Lead major cross-Risk and cross-Stripe initiatives. • Drive changes to leverage data and AI for risk mitigation. • Partner with engineering, data science, and ML leaders. • Coach and mentor PMs across Risk.
What you’ll bring
• Track record of delivering transformational initiatives. • Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and drive execution. • Strong technical judgment in data, AI, APIs, and architecture. • Experience partnering with senior engineering and product leaders. • Proven ability to influence and build alignment without authority.
