About the role
The Senior Solutions Consultant supports sales by providing technical solutions and guidance. They ensure customer success by understanding business environments and running technical discovery processes.
What you’ll do
• Identify potential roadblocks and provide technical solutions. • Run technical discovery to understand customer environments. • Design integrations for seamless implementation. • Support sales with technical questions in RFPs and RFIs. • Explain technical concepts and business value to stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years pre-sales experience. • Bachelor's degree in a technical field. • Basic scripting and Linux knowledge. • Experience selling SaaS. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
