About the role
Lead design and implementation to improve backend system reliability, scalability, and resilience. Own observability, incident response, and mentor engineers to raise operational standards.
What you’ll do
• Lead design and implementation for high-complexity initiatives. • Define infrastructure architecture and reliability standards. • Own observability metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting. • Lead incident diagnosis, resolution, and postmortems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in SRE, DevOps, or backend infrastructure roles. • Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, AWS in production. • Strong scripting/programming in TypeScript or similar. • Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis at scale. • Skilled in observability tools and CI/CD pipelines.
