About the role
Lead end-to-end book experiences on Spotify, improving discovery, conversion, and listening. Connect content pipeline and creator tooling to consumer experience.
What you’ll do
• Shape and execute product strategy for book experiences. • Partner across teams to create coherent end-to-end book experience. • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Insights teams. • Use research to understand listener and creator needs. • Define and track success metrics for book ecosystem.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years product management experience. • Experience with complex product ecosystems. • Use analytics and user research for decisions. • Comfortable with consumer and platform surfaces. • Strong communication across diverse teams.
