About the role
Analyze and measure product data to guide decisions on customer experience and marketplace dynamics. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve discovery, retention, and product experiments.
What you’ll do
• Study customer browsing and ordering behavior. • Map customer funnel from acquisition to retention. • Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments. • Evaluate product impact on marketplace economics. • Build and maintain product metrics and dashboards.
What you’ll bring
• 5-7 years in product analytics or related role. • Strong SQL and data analysis skills. • Experience with A/B testing and causal inference. • Ability to communicate data insights clearly. • Familiarity with AI tools for analysis.
