About the role
Provide senior-level operational and advisory HR support across the employee lifecycle. Ensure effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning, HR administration and compliance with policies and labour requirements.
What you’ll do
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding and deployment. • Provide HR advisory support on policies and employee relations. • Coordinate performance-management cycles and reporting. • Manage employee records and lifecycle transactions. • Support learning, development and employee-relations processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related discipline. • 10-15 years progressive HR experience. • Experience in oil and gas industry preferred. • Professional HR certification preferred. • Strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance.
