About the role
Provide senior-level operational and advisory HR support across the employee lifecycle. Ensure effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning, HR administration and compliance with policies and labour requirements.
What you’ll do
• Support workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding. • Provide HR advisory to employees and managers. • Coordinate performance management and reporting. • Manage employee records and HR documentation. • Support learning, disciplinary and employee relations processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • 10-15 years progressive HR experience. • Exposure to oil and gas industry. • Professional HR certification preferred. • Strong HR operations and advisory skills.
