About the role
Manage plant operation and process control of kilns, raw mills, cement mills and coal mills. Coordinate, supervise and train CCR operators.
What you’ll do
• Operate Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement & Coal Mills from Central Control Room. • Coach and train newly hired CCR operators. • Coordinate autonomous maintenance with shift patrollers. • Troubleshoot operational problems to ensure equipment runs. • Ensure ISO Systems and Safety Standards implementation.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc./HND in Chemical Engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 9 years Cement Plant experience. • Good communication skills. • Strong leadership qualities. • Ability to work in a team environment.
