About the role
Manage plant operation and process control of kilns, raw mills, cement mills, and coal mills. Supervise and train CCR operators to optimize production and reduce costs.
What you’ll do
• Operate Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement & Coal Mills from Central Control Room. • Coach and train newly hired CCR operators. • Coordinate autonomous maintenance with shift patrollers. • Troubleshoot operational problems to sustain equipment running. • Ensure ISO Systems and Safety Standards implementation.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc./HND in Chemical Engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 9 years Cement Plant experience. • Good communication skills. • Strong leadership qualities. • Ability to work in a team environment.
