About the role
Lead development of credit scoring and behavioural models to support lending decisions. Drive data-driven strategies for pricing, credit limits, and risk management.
What you’ll do
• Develop and deploy credit scoring and behavioural models. • Design experiments to optimise approval and loss rates. • Embed decision logic into real-time product systems. • Ensure data quality and ethical model use. • Mentor teams on experimentation and data-driven decisions.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar. • 5+ years in data science or risk analytics in financial services. • Knowledge of credit risk and consumer lending. • Proficient in SQL and Python or R. • Experience with A/B testing and machine learning.
