About the role
Support analytics throughout the credit product life cycle including design, acquisition, and portfolio management. Work within the Decision Science team to improve credit risk strategies and collections.
What you’ll do
• Analyze portfolio performance metrics. • Review and refine credit policies. • Build and maintain profit and loss forecasts. • Conduct credit limit and affordability assessments. • Design and run A/B tests to optimize lending.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or related. • 5 years experience in financial services or fintech. • Proficient in SQL and Python or R. • Experience with statistical tests and software. • Ability to present insights to stakeholders.
