About the role
Underwrite SME, Mid-Corporate and Large Corporate lending applications requiring manual underwriting. Ensure lending remains within Risk Appetite and maintain target loan loss levels.
What you’ll do
• Educate on credit analysis and underwriting best practices. • Review lending applications with financial analysis and stress testing. • Monitor portfolio health and conduct credit reviews. • Drive underwriting framework maturity and strategy. • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance credit risk maturity.
What you’ll bring
• Experience underwriting SME and Large Corporate loans in Nigeria. • Expertise in underwriting loans up to 5Bn NGN. • Skilled in financial assessment using diverse data sources. • Knowledge of macroeconomic and regulatory factors. • Strong compliance and regulatory awareness.
