About the role
Lead initiatives to improve product reliability and quality. Develop processes and software to optimize manufacturing workflows and ensure compliance.
What you’ll do
• Integrate reliability in product lifecycle with design and manufacturing teams. • Review and approve process plans and build documentation. • Develop quality control processes and standards. • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions. • Support compliance and training for manufacturing systems.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in reliability or quality engineering. • Experience in aerospace or defense preferred. • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, APQP, PFMEA. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • U.S. citizenship or eligibility for ITAR compliance.
