About the role
Lead development of next-generation autonomous systems with a backend focus. Architect Agentic Workflows for AI agents to reason and execute complex tasks autonomously.
What you’ll do
• Design and deploy autonomous Claude-based coding agents. • Build scalable AI reasoning integrated with business logic. • Refine system prompts to maximize Claude’s performance. • Implement guardrails for safe, predictable agent outputs. • Collaborate with Product and UX on AI Agent behavior.
What you’ll bring
• Expertise in Agentic Development and multi-agent systems. • Mastery of Claude 3/3.5 AI models. • Experience building AI-coding features with LLMs. • Proficient in backend languages like Python, C#, or Node.js. • Comfortable with frontend components (React/Vue). • Intermediate-advanced English.
