About the role
The Maintenance Scheduler develops and coordinates maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and plant availability. Works closely with teams to plan and execute maintenance activities efficiently.
What you’ll do
• Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and shutdown maintenance schedules. • Coordinate maintenance activities with operations and contractors. • Monitor work order progress and optimize schedule adherence. • Manage resource planning for manpower and equipment. • Maintain CMMS data and support shutdown planning.
What you’ll bring
• HND or ND in engineering or related field. • Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance planning experience. • Proficiency in CMMS such as SAP PM or Maximo. • Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills. • Knowledge of maintenance workflows and shutdown planning.
