About the role
Provide excellent customer service and support sales operations at the store. Manage inventory and assist with digital marketing activities.
What you’ll do
• Provide excellent customer service in-store and online. • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and orders. • Process sales transactions and maintain service standards. • Upload and update product info on POS system. • Assist with email marketing and promotional graphics.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree. • Reside near Amuwo Odofin or Ago Palace Way. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient with smartphones, computers, and digital apps. • Experience with Canva and email marketing tools.
