About the role
Manage client acquisition and grow settlement volumes in the Digital Assets business line. Own the full sales lifecycle to achieve TPV and revenue targets.
What you’ll do
• Acquire new clients across PSPs, OTC desks, exchanges, remittance firms. • Drive cross-border settlement volume into stablecoin and payment rails. • Manage full sales cycle from lead to onboarding. • Meet monthly and quarterly TPV and revenue targets. • Maintain and grow relationships with key institutional clients.
What you’ll bring
• 5–10 years in fintech, FX/payments, or digital assets sales. • Proven track record meeting revenue and volume targets. • Strong network across OTC desks, PSPs, remittance firms, exchanges. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Understanding of stablecoins, FX, cross-border settlement preferred.
