About the role
Support implementation and strengthening of operational, emerging, information, reputation risks and internal control policies. Ensure consistent framework to identify, measure, mitigate, report, monitor and manage significant risks.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk management framework. • Develop and report on risk appetite statements and limits. • Facilitate implementation of AXA Group Internal Control framework. • Provide methodological support to managers on internal control. • Report on internal control framework and escalate deficiencies.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in risk management and internal control. • Knowledge of operational and emerging risks. • Ability to coordinate with multiple risk-related functions. • Strong communication and training skills. • Familiarity with AXA Group frameworks.
