About the role
Provide technical support to members experiencing issues with mobile app or website. Troubleshoot and escalate application issues to engineering team.
What you’ll do
• Manage member issues through ticketing system. • Meet service level agreement for resolution. • Utilize resources to address issues. • Document all interactions. • Answer inbound and outbound calls.
What you’ll bring
• 1 year help desk experience with password reset and navigation. • 1 year virtual call center experience. • Handle high volume calls or tickets (100+/day). • High speed broadband internet with ethernet connection. • Keyboarding 45 WPM with 95% accuracy.
