About the role
Lead HR activities to support business operations and workforce needs across the assigned region. Manage recruitment, performance, compliance, and employee relations for site and office employees.
What you’ll do
• Lead HR activities across the region. • Manage performance review process. • Handle technical recruitment. • Ensure labour law compliance. • Maintain HR reporting and employee relations.
What you’ll bring
• Live in Awka or environs. • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • 6-8 years HR experience, 3 in construction/real estate. • Strong analytical and Excel skills. • Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws. • CIPM certification preferred.
