About the role
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, selection, offer management and onboarding. Work closely with hiring managers to attract qualified talent and improve recruitment effectiveness.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate recruitment activities per manpower requirements and timelines. • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements. • Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates. • Coordinate interviews, assessments and background checks. • Prepare employment offers and support onboarding.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline. • Minimum 5 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience. • Experience managing recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HRIS. • Professional certification like CIPM, SHRM or CIPD preferred.
