About the role
Support and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates efficiently. Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding activities.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate recruitment process per manpower needs and timelines. • Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and assessments. • Source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates. • Manage candidate communication and recruitment documentation. • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and improve processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • 5+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Professional HR certification is a plus. • Experience recruiting technical or specialised roles preferred. • Proficient with recruitment platforms and HRIS.
