About the role
The Reconciliation Specialist ensures daily transaction reconciliation and resolves related issues. They communicate with banks and customers to maintain accurate financial records.
What you’ll do
• Ensure daily reconciliation of all transactions. • Provide reconciliation reports to Supervisor. • Collect and match offline repayment records with bank statements. • Communicate with bank to resolve mismatched customer information. • Answer customer repayment questions and suggest optimizations.
