About the role
Manage construction costs, prepare cost estimates, monitor expenditure, and ensure projects stay within budget without compromising quality.
What you’ll do
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents. • Conduct cost planning, budgeting, and financial monitoring. • Measure and value construction works, materials, and labour. • Review contractors' quotations and claims for accuracy. • Monitor project expenditure and identify cost overruns.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Quantity Surveying. • Valid practising licence recognised in Abuja. • Minimum 3 years relevant experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and surveying software. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
