About the role
Assist in quantity surveying tasks including measurement, cost tracking, and preparation of reports. Support project scheduling and procurement activities to ensure accurate cost and progress management.
What you’ll do
• Take off quantities from drawings and site measurements. • Track quantities executed on site against budgets. • Review contractor and subcontractor payment claims. • Prepare bills of quantities and pricing documents. • Develop and update detailed construction programmes.
What you’ll bring
• Ability to measure and verify quantities accurately. • Maintain cost backup documentation. • Coordinate with site engineers for progress verification. • Support procurement by analysing quotations. • Prepare monthly cost and progress reports.
