About the role
Oversee quality assurance, control, and food safety in food manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain quality and food safety systems. • Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, SON, and regulations. • Oversee inspections and testing of materials and products. • Manage audits and corrective actions. • Lead quality team and train employees.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Food Science or related field. • 8-10 years in Quality Assurance or Control. • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000. • Experience with NAFDAC compliance and audits. • HACCP and ISO certifications preferred.
