About the role
Evaluate AI coding agents' interactions to assess engineering quality and judgment. Provide detailed feedback on AI-generated code and reasoning.
What you’ll do
• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end. • Judge outputs for usefulness, correctness, and engineering alignment. • Assess quality of explanations and reasoning. • Distinguish levels of response quality. • Provide clear, opinionated written feedback.
What you’ll bring
• Senior or equivalent engineering experience. • Strong Python or TypeScript/JavaScript background. • Experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code or Cursor. • Strong written and spoken English (B2 or above). • Comfortable giving direct, opinionated feedback.
