About the role
Lead a post-sales technical organization to help government customers realize value from Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. Ensure complex Data and AI initiatives move from concept to production effectively.
What you’ll do
• Build and lead a diverse team of DSAs and managers. • Define and improve post-sales execution strategy. • Partner with Sales and other teams to align account plans. • Standardize customer guidance from architecture to adoption. • Serve as executive technical advisor for strategic customers.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in technical delivery or post-sales leadership. • 5+ years people-leadership experience. • Expertise in cloud data and AI technologies. • Deep understanding of Public Sector environments. • U.S. citizenship required; willingness to travel up to 30%.
