About the role
Manage daily property operations and guest services for a serviced accommodation. Ensure high standards in maintenance and guest satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Oversee daily property operations. • Manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs, guest enquiries and complaints. • Follow up enquiries and convert into paid bookings. • Ensure property is well-maintained and equipped. • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams.
What you’ll bring
• Strong communication and customer-service skills. • Attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and take responsibility. • Ability to generate bookings and meet sales targets. • Previous hospitality or shortlet management experience preferred.
