About the role
Oversee strategic development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Oando Foundation's education programmes. Ensure sustainable, high-quality delivery aligned with corporate objectives.
What you’ll do
• Lead education programme strategy and annual action plan. • Manage and mentor programme team members. • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships. • Oversee monitoring and evaluation frameworks. • Manage programme budgets and resource optimisation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, or related field. • Project management certification (PMP, PMD Pro, or equivalent). • 14 years project management experience. • 5 years managing education programmes at managerial level. • Experience with donor reporting and partnership building.
